Hi-
I am looking to rent a house or duplex in Modesto- with a yard-(I like doing yard work)!
With a/c and washer dryer hook up.
Also looking for a responsible-employed-roomate to go in with me - I figure paying $400 each on a $800 a month 2bdrm. is better than getting a 1bdrm. and paying out $700 alone.
I'll even pay the entire deposit on the house and ask only for 1/2 of the first months rent from someone upon moving in! If interested, please call me.
Please call if you have a house for rent. I own a small business, do not have children, I'm clean and I need to move before I am evicted!!
